Roles & Responsibilities

Development of an annual fiscally conservative school budget; analysis and reporting on the activity of all funds; management of student activity funds;
Preparation of all state and federal reports as mandated (i.e. State End of the Year ED001 report and State Retirement Reports);
Management of the regular budget and grants; yearly audit management;
Fixed asset management;
Purchasing, approval and payment of invoices;
Management of employee benefits;
Property and liability insurance, Workers’ Compensation (CIRMA) and Unemployment Compensation;
Process payroll;
Maintain personnel and attendance records; and
Management of the food service program.
