Greetings from the Superintendent,
Welcome to Coventry Public Schools!
We are so pleased that you are taking this moment to visit our website and are getting to know us better. Our Coventry School staff prides itself in providing quality educational environments that serve our students with the respect and attention they so deserve. We consider it a basic right for children to be well cared for and attended to by a school, parent, and community partnership. The power of this partnership has been proven time and again to enhance the specialized development of young people, regardless of circumstances of biology or environment.
Coventry staff members believe in the holistic development of students. We are very deeply committed to providing a high quality standards-based curriculum that will enable your child to compete in a global environment with great success. Our initiatives in agency partnerships, high-level curriculum, subsystem refinements, and technology are well summarized in the Long Term Goals and Annual Objectives document found on this website. In addition, as adults, our students will only thrive well with a personal sense of empowerment, a motivated desire to learn, an ability to reflect and self correct, and a willingness to work well with a diverse range of people. We work tirelessly and collaborate broadly to provide the experiences necessary for this growth and maturity.
Please know that in Coventry Public Schools, we appreciate advocacy on behalf of our charges. Should you need information not found on this website, we encourage you to contact the schools or district office. We look forward to our continuing relationship as partners in education.
Most sincerely,
Donna
