Children enter kindergarten filled with hope, wonder, enthusiasm and a love of learning. They come into my classroom eager to take on new challenges and excited to be part of the “big school”. At the end of the year, they go on as confident, independent thinkers and learners. I treasure the opportunity to work with these young children.
My teaching career began in Coventry at Robertson School in 1972. My college years were spent at UCONN although I have expanded my learning by taking classes and workshops continually over the past 35 years. In my personal time, I enjoy gardening, cooking, reading, the outdoors and UCONN basketball.
