Roles and Responsibilities

  • Development of an annual fiscally conservative school budget; analysis and reporting on the activity of all funds; management of student activity funds;
  • Preparation of all state and federal reports as mandated (i.e. State End of the Year ED001 report and State Retirement Reports);
  • Management of the regular budget and grants; yearly audit management;
  • Fixed asset management;
  • Purchasing, approval and payment of invoices;
  • Management of employee benefits;
  • Property and liability insurance, Workers’ Compensation (CIRMA) and Unemployment Compensation;
  • Process payroll;
  • Maintain personnel and attendance records; and
  • Management of the food service program.
