• Worked with CHS School Counseling to support streamlining the collection/storage/upload of courses and grades for CNH students taking CHS classes to retain and include on student transcripts by automating the import for CNH Math credits to reduce manual work time and improve accuracy

• Collaborated to leverage features within PowerSchool to support our district efforts with attendance, reducing labor and mailing costs and improving operational efficiencies.  

• Automated SQL to pull Medicaid File info for automatic upload to Relay via SFTP (was done manually prior)

• Exploring notifications functionality within PowerSchool for withdrawals, demographic changes, and enrollment, increasing operational efficiencies and cutting down on emails

• Create SQL query and excel sheets to determine National Business Honor Society, moving from a manual process, reducing task time and enhancing accuracy

• Collaborated to review transportation workflows to ensure timely and accurate updates and dissemination of information

• Creating new Annual Health Sign-offs for the 2025-2026 school year, eliminating associated printing and labor costs
