Distance Learning

On Monday, March 16, 2020, the Commissioner of Education provided additional guidance to districts that is allowing Coventry to move forward with distance learning beginning Monday, March 23. Although the administrative team spent numerous hours developing a plan to put this in motion, we know there are many details that will require patience and understanding from all involved as we work together to resolve the issues that will arise.

Parents have received communication from their child's school about how to access the instructional materials and resources specific to that school. We will use this webpage to post all required links along with other helpful information and materials.

As a reminder, if any family has a hardship in regard to distance learning, please contact your child's school principal. In addition, a resource for district-level information is our topic-specific webpage: COVID-19 Info . You will find school contact information available there as well.

We appreciate your flexibility and cooperation as we work through this very new process.

Should you have any technical difficulties accessing any of these links, please know our technology department is available to assist during the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. To contact the technology department, please use this email address: help@coventryct.org. This address will be monitored every 30 minutes and a response will be given during the stated hours. If you send an email outside of these hours, you will receive an answer back within 24 hours. We have also developed a Family FAQs for Distance Learning page for frequently asked questions that have come in thus far. We will continue to post to this as we see common questions to best assist families.
