CGS Students Name Snowplows

Paula Sandahl

The students at Coventry Grammar School (CGS) have named and adopted three snowplows. The students have chosen the names ‘SNOWY’ (kindergarten), ‘FROSTBITE’ (grade one) and 'POWER PLOWER' (grade two). On Monday June 6th, a small group of students from each grade level representing their classmates, presented the signs to the Coventry Public Works Department. Thank you to the CGS PTO for paying for the signs. Thank you to Linda Massucci, Reading Interventionist at CGS, for organizing the 'Name a Snowplow' event. We look forward to seeing the signs on the trucks next winter.
