Connecticut Music Educators Association (CMEA) Eastern Region Music Festival
From Friday, March 20, through Saturday, March 21, students from Eastern Connecticut gathered for the Connecticut Music Educators Association (CMEA) Eastern Region Music Festival, an intensive rehearsal experience led by guest conductors.
Students from Capt. Nathan Hale School (CNH) represented their school in the festival:
- Lillian Pascino, 8th Grade, French Horn, Orchestra
- Mia Padula, 7th Grade, Flute, Band
- Hannah Milkie, 8th Grade, Alto, Treble Choir
- Bridget Reynolds, 8th Grade, Soprano, Treble Choir
- Avani Hannon, 7th Grade, Alto, Treble Choir
- Madelyn Sowa, 7th Grade, Soprano, Treble Choir
- Eliana Gutierrez, 7th Grade, Soprano, Treble Choir
- Willow Gentile, 6th Grade, Soprano, Treble Choir
The festival featured performances under the direction of:
- Daniel Albert, ERMS Band
- Dr. Nola Campbell, ERMS Orchestra
- Andrew Howell, ERMS Treble Choir
The event was hosted by the Capt. Nathan Hale Music Department with support from the middle and high school Music Boosters. Students enjoyed the opportunity to collaborate, rehearse, and perform with peers from across Eastern Connecticut.
