Families of the Class of 2025,

Unfortunately, the weather pattern changed for the worse from late yesterday afternoon and the outlook is not good for our Graduation Ceremony.  At 5:20 a.m. this morning the meteorologist provided me with the following update specific to Coventry:

“drizzle, fog and mist in your area through 10 am.  A light rain is expected to develop during the 10 am to 11 am period with increasing intensity after 11 am or so.”

With that, the ceremony is being moved inside.  It will be held at 10:00 a.m. in the Veterans Auditorium.  As a reminder, please note the following information: 

• Each graduate has six (6) tickets available to be used in the Veterans Auditorium. Doors will open at 9:00 a.m. (A ticket is necessary to gain entrance to the auditorium.)
• There will be space in the Library Media Center for viewing the broadcast.
• Graduation will be live streamed on the Coventry Public Schools Live YouTube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/@CoventryPublicSchools/streams
