The Coventry RISE Program is a program for students who are 18-22 with disabilities who have fulfilled their Board of Education graduation requirements. It is a collaboration between the individual, family, school and community to support secondary students’ special education goals while maximizing each student’s potential for a successful transition toward adult independence.

Coventry Academy is an alternative learning environment that provides education opportunities for those students who are challenged to succeed in a traditional high school setting. Coventry Academy is conveniently located on the Coventry High School campus with three individual classrooms and access to up-to-date technology.
