As an added bonus, this Sunday is Youth Market Day, where children can meet and support local young entrepreneurs while seeing firsthand what creativity, hard work, and innovation can accomplish.
The Market also has a very special guest! Award winning picture book author and illustrator Barbara McClintock will be at the market signing books. Families may recognize many of her beloved titles, including Adèle & Simon, Emma and Julia Love Ballet, Dahlia, Leave Your Sleep, and Tomfoolery! It's a wonderful opportunity to meet a celebrated children's author and perhaps bring home a new favorite book.
