Parents,

As a reminder, CNH and CHS use PickUp Patrol to help us track late arrivals, absences and early dismissals or to submit any transportation changes for the day during the school year. When the change is submitted, the school will be notified.  Please only call the school office for these changes in an emergency.  Please know - default bus plans are not put into PickUp Patrol at CNH and CHS as they are in CGS and GHR.

All families will be receiving a welcome message from PickUp Patrol with links and information on how to create an account if you are new to the district. 

• Families who have used PickUp Patrol last year will not need to re-register.  Once you receive the email you are all set for the school year and no further action is needed until you need to submit an absence, late arrival, early dismissal or transportation change.  

• Families who are new to Coventry Public Schools this year or who have not yet created their PickUp Patrol account

  will use the information provided in the email to setup their accounts.
